Product Description
The cross-sectional shape is similar to the economical section profile of the uppercase Latin letter H. It is also called universal steel beam, wide edge (edge) I-Beam or parallel flange I-beam. The cross section of the H-Section Steel usually comprises two parts, a web and a flange plate, also known as the waist and the side.
H Beam is mainly used in automobiles, railway vehicles, shelves, highway guardrails, building steel structures, containers, transmission towers, cable tray, agricultural machinery, furniture, vegetable greenhouses, pipe supports, water retaining and soil retaining maintenance walls and other fields.
H-Beam steel is an economical cross-section high-efficiency profile with a more optimized cross-sectional area distribution and a more reasonable strength-to-weight ratio. Since all parts of the H-Shaped Steel are arranged at right angles, the H-shaped steel has the advantages of strong bending resistance in all directions, simple construction, cost saving and light structural weight, and has been widely used.
